First post... Not really the beginning, but...

So, I'm in the process of getting back into shape...  Well, I started a while ago, and I'm WAY down from my almost 300 pounds, but still not really in shape.  So, I crossed the 250 line last week, and things are starting to really move.  I have been getting up early (~5:30) to hit the basement of doom and run a bit on the elliptical and hit the weight machine...  That and big dietary changes.  Some good friends are doing the Paleo thing, and I am moving a bit closer to that, but still not going all the way...  I like my breads, pastas, pizza, etc. WAY too much I guess...

So, I guess I just keep this up...
