So, been a while...

Time to keep track again...  Over the last year I have had a "coronary event", recovery from some really stupid things I was doing and some real clarity in my life...  So, I haven't been drinking for several years, and I stopped drinking soda for the most part last year.  Spend a lot of my time walking at work, so not doing too bad.  I have noticed with my move to real food and no soda or artificial sweetener my allergies have been clear for the most part...  So, first post I guess...

Mkay, been a while...

Vacation, work, etc...  JUST now starting to get back to it more seriously.  Gained back some weight while on vacation, but am back down to 248 now.  Weights and a bit on the Elliptical this morning, looking like the Elliptical will be a daily or at least 4-5 times/week thing...  Weights I think 3-4/week...

So, 246 lbs today...  10 mile bike ride, some weights...  Really tired though, so that will probably do it for me today...

First post... Not really the beginning, but...

So, I'm in the process of getting back into shape...  Well, I started a while ago, and I'm WAY down from my almost 300 pounds, but still not really in shape.  So, I crossed the 250 line last week, and things are starting to really move.  I have been getting up early (~5:30) to hit the basement of doom and run a bit on the elliptical and hit the weight machine...  That and big dietary changes.  Some good friends are doing the Paleo thing, and I am moving a bit closer to that, but still not going all the way...  I like my breads, pastas, pizza, etc. WAY too much I guess...

So, I guess I just keep this up...
